certificate problem
Self-signed certificate
What's going on
The certificate vouches for itself — no certificate authority signed it. Browsers show 'Your connection is not private' because nobody independent confirms the identity.
How to fix it
For a public website: replace it with a CA-issued certificate (Let's Encrypt is free and automated). For internal tools: either issue certificates from an internal CA that your devices trust, or install this specific certificate into the trust store of each machine that needs it — never train users to click through warnings.
