What to do

Intel's RST storage driver — old versions are a documented cause of DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and storage stalls.

Update Intel RST from your PC/motherboard maker's support page or via Intel's assistant.
Update SSD firmware too.
If problems persist and you don't use RAID, switching the BIOS to plain AHCI (with a Windows storage-driver switch prepared) removes this driver from the stack.
