How to fix it
1. Clean-install the GPU driver moderate
- Download the newest driver from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel for your exact card.
- Remove the old driver with DDU in Safe Mode, then install the new one.
- If crashes began after a driver update, go back one version instead.
2. Stress-test the card moderate
- Remove any GPU overclock.
- Run a GPU stress test (e.g. 3DMark loop) — artifacts or crashes at stock settings point to failing hardware.
- Test system RAM with Windows Memory Diagnostic to rule it out.
